We want your shopping experience to be as seamless and efficient as possible. That's why although we ship our shoes from England, you can be rest assured that for all orders of over $250, duty to the United States is included. For orders under $250 you will be responsible for any import duties incurred in importing the order.



We offer free shipping for all orders of over $250, with orders of under $250 incurring a shipping charge of $25


NOTE : Our factory is currently closed for the christmas break which may result in your shipment being delayed until early January. If this should be a concern then please do get in touch and we can advise you whether your chosen style can be shipped from our store.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm (London time — EST+5hrs in summer / +4hrs in winter) on the same working day, although this may not be possible during busy periods. 
We use DHL Express, with an estimated delivery of two to four days, depending on your region.

For all online orders you will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched. This email will also contain a tracking number to allow you to track the progress of your delivery with DHL. Deliveries are made between 8:30am and 6pm, and will require a signature to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order. It’s because of this that we are unable to deliver goods to PO boxes. 

Please note that after an order has been dispatched we are unable to amend delivery details. If you are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on their journey to you, please contact our Customer Services team within 28 days of placing your order.

In the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition, or there is a discrepancy in the contents of an order you have received, please contact our Customer Services team within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. You will also need to ensure that all original packaging is kept.
