We want your shopping experience to be as seamless and efficient as possible. That's why although we ship our shoes from England, you can be rest assured that for all orders of over $250, shipping and duty to the United States is included. For orders under $250 there is a $25 shipping fee and you will be responsible for any import duties incurred importing the order.
Orders placed before 4pm (London time — EST+5hrs in summer / +4hrs in winter) will be dispatched the same day with DHL Express - with an estimated delivery of two to four days, depending on your region.
If you're not happy with your order then please arrange a return within 14 days and we'll collect at no extra charge for orders of over $250.
