The Loafer Collection

Comfortable, relaxed and supremely verastile, the loafer is no longer the preserve of summer but enjoys year round appeal.

For 2025 we have a wide range of both unlined styles and classic calf variants.

And we will shortly be introducing a new last — the 125, with a round-toe and supremely comfortable fit.

Comfortable, relaxed and supremely verastile, the loafer is no longer the preserve of summer but enjoys year round appeal.

Our workshop has been crafting loafers since the 1920s when we made ‘house shoes’ for that icon of twentieth-century menswear, Edward, Duke of Windsor.

Our classic models include the Piccadilly penny loafer and Belgravia tassel. We have added to our unlined collection with the Horton, a new buckled loafer, and the Montpellier, our distinctive saddle loafer.

We offer both lined and unlined options. Unlined construction makes for a lighter, softer and more flexible shoe, ideal for summer and today's relaxed style.

Part of the loafer's appeal is its versatility: both dressing up a more casual look and softening the edges of tailoring, adding a touch of sprezzatura.

And don't forget the range of light unlined travel slippers such as the Portland and Polperro.
