The Loafer Collection

The loafer is the epitome of relaxed summer style.

From the penny to the tassel, explore our loafer collection and find a masterfully crafted shoe for every occasion.

The loafer is the epitome of relaxed summer style.

Whether it be for wearing with shorts in the sun or for softening the edges of a city suit, when you slip into loafers, you slip into summer.

Our workshop has been crafting loafers since the 1920s when we made ‘house shoes’ for that icon of twentieth-century menswear, Edward, Duke of Windsor.

Today, you can choose from a range of styles, including the Duke, a shoe inspired by those we made for Edward. The Duke is available in both lined or unlined. With it's soft and supple interior an unlined loafer is an ideal choice for going sockless.

The Piccadilly is our classic penny loafer, made on the almond toed 184 last. In black or dark oak antique the Piccadilly is ideal for professional attire or sartorial tailoring. Textured utah calf with a rubber sole makes for a more casual appeal which pairs well with fabrics such as hopsack. Whilst mink suede is wonderfully versatile, pairing with navy suiting, chinos or summer denim.

The tassel loafer was made a stalwart of preppy style since being adopted on America’s elite campuses in the second half of the twentieth century. The Belgravia distinguishes itself with its signature plaited trim. Select from black, dark oak or mink suede all on the 184 last.

Both the Duke and tasselled Greenwich are available in Horween cordovan, the ultimate preppy choice and a shoe which is sure to endure.
